CANCELLATION POLICY

Luxx Beaute Booking Policy 1. Booking Deposit • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total service cost. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. 3. Late Policy • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened at full cost. 4. No Shows • No-show will be charged 100% of the service cost! Failure to pay will result in a block from booking future appointments. 5. Refunds • Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued. Please communicate any concerns at your appointment for adjustments. 6. Client Preparation • Arrive with clean lashes (free of makeup, oils, or residue) for the best retention results. • Please avoid bringing guests or children to your appointment. 7.
